From your initial enquiry through to delivery and setup on your wedding day, I've created a clear, straightforward process designed to make everything as seamless and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on enjoying the journey and looking forward to your celebration. My aim is for you to feel completely confident throughout the process, trusting me to provide an exceptional experience and create a wedding cake that perfectly reflects your vision for the day.

1. Enquire

Once you've secured your wedding date and venue, get in touch to check my availability. The more information you can provide about your wedding, the better I can tailor my recommendations.

2. Design & Quote

We'll discuss your wedding style, guest numbers, venue and any design ideas you have. Whether you've saved hundreds of Pinterest images or have no idea where to start, I'll guide you through the process and create a bespoke design proposal along with a personalised quotation.

3. Secure Your Date

To reserve your wedding date, simply sign your contract and pay your booking fee.

You’ll receive access to your private client portal, where you can view your booking details, make payments, upload inspiration images and keep track of everything in one place.

Your design doesn't need to be final when you book. Most couples continue refining flavours, portion numbers and styling details throughout the planning process.

4. Sample Your Cake Flavours

One of the most enjoyable parts of wedding planning is choosing your cake flavours. Wedding cake sample boxes are released three times each year and contain six delicious flavours for you and your partner to enjoy together at home.

You'll be invited to order a sample box when available, helping you choose the perfect flavour combination for your wedding cake.

5. Final Design Confirmation

Around 8–12 weeks before your wedding, we'll finalise all the important details, including your design, flavours, venue arrangements and delivery schedule.

You'll receive a final design sketch and quote through your client portal for approval. Your final balance payment will be due one month before your wedding day.

6. Delivery & Setup

On your wedding day, I will personally deliver and professionally set up your cake at your venue, ensuring everything looks perfect and is ready for your celebration.

I'll liaise directly with your venue where required, and each cake is supplied with flavour and allergen information for your guests.
